Upon our arrival the floors did not appear to be well cleaned, there were small pieces of something The rooms alone were quite nice and cozy, some had a nice view outside as well. Each bedroom has a toilet. The common area with couch is very nice a spacious. Pool and sauna are also at your disposal anytime you want, especially great in winter. Small steep road to the complex is difficult in winter and should be better maintained! Restaurant is beautiful and staff is also lovely.

The Chalet Nr. 25 is in a nice location with view of the mountains. It is well equipped and adapted for a stay of up to 10 people ( we spent there a holiday with friends). The place was well cleaned. Each room is large enough and has a bathroom and there is also a spacious lounge and terrace with barbecue place. The sauna and the swimming pool are great. If you want to cook for yourself, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a supermarket nearby. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and we also took the opportunity to wash our clothes. The resort itself is in a great location for organising a trip to the surrounding area. The stay in winter must be also amazing because the chalet is on slope directly.

Location of this place is probably the biggest plus as it lies next to a lot of ski slipes and klettersteig trails. On the other side the accommodation itself for the price ot costs is not that great. Rooms are pretty small, you might have troubles opening your suitcase there, or just getting into the bathroom. The jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived, but we asked for a cleanup and it was done the second day, so all good there. Sauna has to be turned off after 22:00, which is a bit pity given the times of our arrivals. The living room/kitchen area on the top is a second big plus though. We fit in 9 people there and had a good time playing games, drinking beer and watching the mountains from the terrace.

Vacation on resort apartment was horrible. At our arrival we observe messed room (dust, hairs on the floor, terrible amount of dust under bad etc. - sheets and towels was clear). We complain first day at receptionist which apologize mess with word "sorry we don't have people, tomorrow somebody comes to clean up". Second day was same, room service "stops" at the front door of apartment and nobody come clean up room. OK I go on receptionist which was obviously ashamed and again "sorry somebody comes tomorrow" ok. Third day... same scenario. Nobody comes but on receptionist told us "room maid said she was clean up room". Nice, we are probably stupid and cant recognize cleaned room especially when we have been three families with four kids which pernamently "cleaned" room by own bodies. Like it! Whatever nobody never comes. About accomodation. Buildings are really nice on eye. But practically absolutely terrify. We have been there on April sunny days on top floor, and can't imagine summer accomodation cause there was hot even in these early spring months. Bathrooms... nice but glassy walls and doors? And on top apartment under roof was at least half meter hole up the glassy wall. Absolutely unreal to go on toilet when anybody sleep especially kids. And when you go on toilet and flush, then you woke up room under where is noise surreal. When you turn on LED strip on main room of apartment, then light is also on private room next to these main room :D ets. Perfect. Apartments are absolutely unpropper for families with kids and baby-carriage. But it's only advice no complain (our fault). Cottages are probably better. Money problem solved
